Our Mission Satatement

WOW is such a short, simple word, but it really encompasses a lot of things. To WOW, you must differentiate yourself, which means doing something a little unconventional and innovative. You must do something that’s above and beyond what’s expected. And whatever you do must have an emotional impact on the receiver. We are not an average company, our service is not average, and we don’t want our people to be average. We expect every employee to deliver WOW.

Whether internally with the team members or externally with our customer. Our philosophy at Reflections of You is to WOW with service and experience.

We create an environment that is friendly, warm, and exciting. We encourage diversity in ideas, opinions, and points of view.

The best leaders are those who lead by example and are both team followers as well as team leaders. We believe that, in general, the best ideas and decisions are made from the bottom up, meaning by those who are on the front lines and closest to the issues and/or the customers. The role of a manager is to remove obstacles and enable everyone to succeed. This means the best leaders are servant-leaders. They serve those they lead.

The best team members take initiative when they notice issues so that the team and the company can succeed. The best team members take ownership of issues and collaborate with other team members whenever challenges arise. The best team members conduct and act as owners all the time.

The best team members have a positive influence on one another and everyone they encounter. They strive to eliminate any kind of cynicism and negative interactions. They strive to create harmony with each other and with everyone else they come in contact with. We believe that the best teams are those that not only work with each other but also interact with each other outside the workplace.

We believe that inside every employee is more potential than they realize. Our goal is to help team members unlock that potential. But it has to be a joint effort: you have to want to challenge and stretch yourself in order for it to happen. Join us for this Challenge.

Growth and learning We strive to learn everything we do. We always work to get better to support our success and customer experience. We Know and see the value in continued education and always consider the potential income not the cost. We believe that passion is the fuel to our success. We are passionate and determined about our career yet humble in our ways.

Enthusiasm We remain positive even when things are tough. Our positive spirit gives us strength. No gossip no negative conversations. We believe that the words you choose and use create the culture and environment in which we work. We do more than we are asked while prepared to overcome any obstacles or change with energy and enthusiasm. We have only Good days and Great days!

Achievement We only accept quality work from ourselves we make no excuses. We demonstrate a strong work ethic to accomplish our personal and professional goals. It’s our goal to make the big idea Bigger.

Effective Communication We have meaningful conversation to move our needs forward. We effectively communicate our thoughts in and with the appropriate peers, co-workers. We build a positive team and family spirit.

Responsibility We look to ourselves to do what needs to be done, and we take responsibility for our actions, our future and our success. We do what we say and say what we do. No Excuses

Initiative We seek and find opportunity both in and outside the workplace to continue to grow our success. Our mission is not complete until the guest says WOW!!!

Teamwork We can be counted on to do what needs to be done. We all conduct ourselves as this is ours to lead and succeed. We work with each other to assure us all succeed. We support team decisions and communicate openly with each other. Be “We” not “Me”
